What this is

Stablecoin companies freeze and seize balances on-chain: Tether blacklists a wallet, Circle blocks one, an issuer destroys a balance outright. Each action is recorded permanently on a public blockchain by the company itself. Eagle Virtual collects those records — 44,643 events across 17 blockchains, as of 17 August 2026 — and makes them checkable: paste any address and see what is on record for it, with the transaction that executed each action.

Checking is free, unlimited, and needs no account. An account adds the ability to keep a list of addresses and see their current state; the paid plans add monitoring at volume and the same record over an API. For AI assistants and agents, the same record is served by an open MCP server.

Source-cited evidence, not an unexplained score

Every row we publish is a dated event a named company recorded on a public blockchain, with the transaction hash and block that prove it. We publish no risk score, no band, and no opinion about any person or address — a compliance reviewer can follow every citation to the chain and verify it without taking our word for anything.

The same rule shapes what a "clean" answer means: no action on record across the chains and coins we check, as of a stated date. That is a statement about this record, never a verdict about an address.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not reproduce government sanctions lists. Where a company has published a sanctions list to a blockchain contract, we record that on-chain publication as the on-chain fact it is — with its transaction — but no answer on this site is a government-list screening result.

We do not cluster addresses to people, infer identities, or attach names to wallets. The record is about what companies did to addresses, not about who owns them.
